
Ky-mani Marley who is nearing completion of his third album untitled, certainly is a superstar. In February of 1976, Ky-mani was born to legendary Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis champion, Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. Ky-mani comes from an East African term meaning adventurous traveler. As the man who lives in the spirit of his name Each album or tour will be an exciting one. His journey into music started in 1999 when he released The Journey. He had a broad vision and was looking for his own niche and travelled the spectrum of music, exploring his many talent. Many More Roads, a classical reggae record that received a Grammy nomination in 2001 showcased a more mature Ky-Mani. Many More Roads, as in addition to The Journey The Journey, received a warm reception throughout the world, and helped establish Ky-mani as an independent "artist". Ky-Mani is known by his unique mix with hip-hop, R&B with a touch of contemporary jazz.
