Emma Rose Kenney, an American actress from America. She has played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless the show, which she has played from until 2021. She also played Harris Conner-Healy on the 10th season of the family sitcom Roseanne, and its spin-off continuation The Conners. Kenney was birthed on the streets of New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who now writes in the form of Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is a criminal attorney. Emma Kenney's place of birth is the same as her Shameless co-star Emmy Rossum. Kenney, who was born and brought up in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actor who plays Debbie Shameless, the Showtime television's most popular show, Shameless. The majority of her childhood was spent living in New York's Garden State. Kenney was also well known as Darlene Gilbert's daughter, Harris and was a part of her time in the Roseanne revival.
