Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny February. 3 1950) is a famous American actor. In the 1980s, she gained a cult following for her appearances on various TV series. Her fame was for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild began her career on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. She played Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time a woman was able to do so. The following year, she was the lead role in Flamingo Road (NBC), in which she was awarded the Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress for the Television Series Drama. In 1984 she costarred in ABC's short lived premiertime soap Paper Dolls. From 1985 to 1986, Fairchild played attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor in theatre and has played in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series. She sits as a member of the board of SAG-AFTRA.
